A Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization that seeks to further the interests of local businesses. From public policy to networking, Chambers strive daily to connect people, empower leaders, and grow business. According to the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), there are approximately 7,000 chambers doing incredible work across the United States.

Chambers are voluntary membership organizations, mostly reliant on dues for funding. Here’s where “affinity programs” come in! In an effort to expand revenue beyond dues, Chambers across the country have turned to affinity programs. Affinity programs partner with a business to create a negotiated discount or cost saving benefit for Chamber members, based on the purchasing power of the network of businesses. Members save on goods and services, and the Chamber benefits from a portion of the sales (paid by the partner business). Everyone wins!
